Terms and Conditions for Purchasing Spare Parts Warranty Period for Spare Parts: 30 days from the date of purchase under the following conditions: 1- The damage is not the result of incorrect installation of the part or its related components, including but not limited to (incorrect connections and non-original part fixation... etc). 2- The original invoice must be presented when submitting a warranty claim. 3- The warranty does not cover labor, installation fees, or related costs. 4- Electrical and electronic parts are not covered by warranty. Return and Exchange Policy: 1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the customer has the right to exchange or return the item sent to them from the store within 48 hours of receiving the item, bearing the costs of the exchange or return. The customer cannot exchange or return the item after seven days. 2- To exchange or return the item, it must be in the same condition as received, in its original packaging, and the consumer must not have used the item or gained any benefit from it. The store has the right to inspect the item before exchange or return to ensure its condition. The consumer bears the shipping costs, and if there are defects or errors, we will cover the shipping fee. 3- If the customer receives an item with a manufacturing defect, breakage, visible defect, or missing accessories, they have the right to contact customer service within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt to exchange or return the item without bearing any shipping or additional costs. The consumer cannot exchange or return the items in the following cases: 1- If the item was ordered based on the customer's request, except for items with a defect or that did not meet the specifications set by the customer. 2- If a defect appears in the item due to poor handling by the consumer. 3- Electrical and electronic parts.
